Best day of the summer

That title applies to Saturday, August 20. I picked up Alex around 12 and we headed downtown. We saw Red Eye at Paramount at 1:20, which was a good show. Not as great as people made it out to be but it was fun. Then we wandered over to Pacific Centre and explored all six levels of both Sears and The Bay. We got Starbucks and drove up to British Properties to briefly admire the view and the expensive homes we've heard all about. Then I drove him back to Surrey. We drove around Surrey for a little while because my car was about to hit 200,000 kms. We got pictures of the momentous occasion. Then we went our separate ways. He went to a party with his old Surrey friends and I went to a party at Sam's, which was uber fun. I left for a bit to pick up Alex and brought him to that party. All of us sat on the trampoline for over an hour talking and gossiping, it was great, and everyone loved Alex. They all noticed how alike we are, especially our voices, haha. Anyways, I am working in 3 hours so I should probably go to bed, but I am so happy about the amazing day I spent with Alex that I don't really care about sleep. I'm probably not going to fall asleep anyways. Oh well :-)
